This is a system that has produced massive result. 

This lead me to undergo a mission which is

What do we do?

​Kinsei-Do is a holistic exercise and training program centered around balanced functional fitness.  
It is holistic because it improves all physical aspects needed for every day activities and most sports, which are: endurance, strength/power, balance/coordination, speed/agility and flexibility/mobility. 
​It is functional because it focuses on useful movements (think squats), not irrelevant repetitive exercises (think bicep curls).

​Practicing Kinsei-Do requires no special movement skills or ability to perform any complex techniques, complicated equipment or large dedicated facilities, just a positive can-do attitude and a willingness to work on improving yourself.
