Round 1
Perform the number of repetitions of each exercise as quickly as possible. Rest only when absolutely necessary and continue when possible. Rest for 50 seconds after the first round.

Round 2
Perform the number of repetitions of each exercise as quickly as possible. Rest only when absolutely necessary and continue when possible. Rest for 40 seconds after the first round.

Round 3
Perform the number of repetitions of each exercise as quickly as possible. Rest only when absolutely necessary and continue when possible. Rest for 30 seconds.

The number of reps decreases from 30 to 20, but so does the length of the break!
