My coaching sessions are conducted as personal, 1-on-1 online video meetings, ensuring convenience and flexibility. We focus on all five pillars of health and performance, but begin with a customized, proven assessment. This assessment helps us determine which pillar requires the most immediate attention and sustained focus, allowing for a targeted and effective approach.
I provide ongoing support in our Coaching calls, which are held typically every 2-4 weeks, and usually last between 45 and 60+ minutes, depending on your needs. Each session concludes with the identification of one to three concrete actions that you will implement over the next cycle. This ensures tangible progress and accountability.

The Five Pillars of Health & Performance
I believe that to be the healthiest, happiest and highest performing version of yourself that you can be, you need to balance all aspects of wellbeing. Just like a building cannot be strong if its foundations are unbalanced, neither can we humans.
